* Managing field office cash flows and cash flow forecasts for monthly basis and submitting monthly drawdown request to head office. * Managing and reviewing new budgets and budget notes for potential new grant * Managing accounting daily activities and supervise on producing monthly financial report from Quicken accounting system related to all NDI programs. * Train NDI’s field office staff, stakeholder or other NDI field office based n request on NDI’s policies and procedures, donor grant compliance requirements and bookkeeping and internal controls * Responsible and managing for external and internal audit process and to ensure that the Indonesia field office run smoothly, efficiently, and honestly. * Providing recommendations for budget realignments and no-cost extensions for all projects.

* Liaising with New York Based Office for periodic country program submission and funding projection. * Periodic financial and performance reports. * Monitoring of Program activities and ensuring that each activity in the field is run smoothly. * Performing all accounting functions including journal entries, payroll, and general ledger and prepare financial statements. Managing and maintaining financial records of expenses and revenue to meet the needs of the organizations and auditor. * In charge of Tax Registration which includes calculating and preparing monthly and annual employer payroll tax report. * In charge of compliance management with the assistance of foundation lawyers ensure proper maintenance of legal obligations and requirements by the foundation.
