Lead a team of professionals to integrate grid scale renewables and data centers across North America to advance Engie's decarbonization goals by providing people and technical leadership. -Built the team from ground up including hiring , mentoring and training individuals, building processes and capabilities for speed and scale to deliver 1-1.5 GW projects to COD annually. Identify and deliver on high value strategic renewable projects while laying out risks and uncertainty associated with these projects. -Provide technical due diligence for M&A activities, PPA negotiation. -Lead a team of professionals to provide Transmission & Interconnection tariff guidance, application, modeling, congestion analysis for all of Engie's North American projects. -Provide leadership through stakeholder engagement in various RTOs, Transmission & Interconnection Regulatory and Policy working groups.

Innovate, ideate, develop strategies and roadmaps, manage new and existing R&D programs, facilitate stakeholder engagement and develop funding opportunities to remove technology and cost barriers for adoption of PV and PV plus solutions for a sustainable environment. Collaborate with National Labs, Academia,Industry, startups, new entrants to create the highest impact.

• Provide advice and support to origination and market operations departments • Manage & monitor interconnection process for solar projects, review studies, negotiate Interconnection agreements and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as origination, project development to build a successful project. • Develop strategies to select new project sites and evaluate opportunities with transmission-related work to ensure each project has sufficient transmission availability for project competitiveness • Provide analyses of congestion and basis risks for potential and existing projects with a long term view while tracking the regional transmission planning and development • Establish relationship with RTOs, ISOs, and utilities during interconnection process to achieve reliable and least cost interconnection and LGIA

* Worked closely with Load Serving Entities and new Generators to coordinate transmission planning power flow studies and economic analyses to develop best value plan for new interconnections while maintaining or improving system reliability. * Collaboratively worked with load serving entities, generation entities, regulatory agencies, regional reliability councils and other transmission providers to drive to mutually agreed solutions and study conclusions. Including participation in regional MISO groups. * Prepared formal, written recommendations for necessary reinforcements and additions to the transmission system. Works with operations, strategic projects, asset management, and other groups in a project team approach to confirm need drivers, refine project scopes and ensure development of appropriate alternatives, estimates and specifications. * Provided project scope and justification information to regulatory agencies. Assists in development of planning testimony and provides necessary planning support for regulatory applications and required submissions. * Performed transmission system model building processes. This includes understanding how to identify modeling errors and resolve issues for models that do not produce solutions. * Performed voltage and angular stability studies to assist in Special Studies as need arise.

- Managing engineering scope, schedule and budget on substation projects. - Providing management technical oversight and review of work performed by external resources for substation projects. - Provide substantial technical contributions , input and review during project planning, scoping and development activities. - Coordinate with portfolio leadership and supply chain on overall contract management of external engineering consulatants, including performance assessments of deliverables. - Oversee and guide/mentor engineering specialists and other junior engineers.

1) Pacific Northwest Smart Grid Demo responsible for : - Data analysis lead for distributed resources and volt/var optimization and residential demand response test cases. - Co-ordinating with utilites on every aspect of the demo ( invoicing, schedule etc). - Defining test cases for the utilities, developing test case layouts, and data collection framework . 2) Task Lead for studying the effects of distributed generation on the distribution system using PNNL developed GRIDLAB-D software. 3) Modeler and Simulation specialist for CVR, DG's in GRIDLAB-D. 4) Lead Load analyst in Microgrid demonstration on US Military base camps. Also, contributed towards the white paper and proposal writing and statement of work for this project which received initial funding of $ 250K . 5) Perform simulations and analysis to form dynamic equivalents for the utilities to perform transient stability studies online.

* Expertise in all aspects of 34.5kV to 500kV substation design including one-line diagrams, general arrangements, sections,conduit layout, grounding design, foundation plans,material lists. * Specialized in control center layouts, protection and control schematics development, wiring diagrams, SCADA layout. * Experience in relay setting, relay coordination for SEL, ABB, GE relays, short circuit studies, fault studies. * Mentoring junior engineers and drafters.

* Worked on CAPE software to define Xcel Energy's service boundaries by forming external system equivalents. * Set impedance triggers for all 345kV lines Digital Fault Recorders. * Worked on calculating relay settings and perform stability studies using PSS/E in Xcel's planning group
