- Responsible for tax advisory work and timely feedback to BU's tax related questions - Participate in various projects and provide tax support - Monitor greater China ETR - Review tax workbook for DTA and DTL calculation prepared by accounting team - Tax support for M&A projects in China - Responsible for Transfer Pricing Documentation of China entities and local TP support based on global TP instruction - Provide tax related training to other departments - Responsible for HK entity tax work

- Responsible for China income tax compliance service - Responsible for FAS109 reporting (i.e. iTax Stream) and monitoring DTA and DTL balances - Review cross-border payments and advice China withholding tax implications - Assist to prepare Transfer Pricing Documentations with the help from external agents - Responsible for corporate initiated tax projects as well as local BU driven tax works - Daily tax advisory services based on the needs by different BU

Kevin has been working in the corporate tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers Shanghai office for around 7 years. During the 7 years professional working experience in accounting firm, he has gathered extensive knowledge regarding China tax regime from both technical and practical perspective, includes the following: - Identify potential service opportunities for existing clients and new clients - Risk management control - Lead work teams to perform tax advisory service and compliance service - Project management - Maintain good client relationship
