• Manage and grow for assigned key account • Responsible for revenue, profit and order intake across all business units • Develop strategy and business approach • Conduct regular business review with customer

• Generate revenue and gain fresh business opportunities at strategic customers via product promotion • Create full-process proposal via value proposition (Cost of ownership concept) based on specific target customers • Manage resource and project timeline from beginning to completing

• Conducting project financial feasibility of new business development for evaluating the potential of the project. • Implementing the customer relationship management program. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, technical service, R&D, product management and business unit for new business development

• Coordinating all parties concerned in new product development and launching new products to the market, including product positioning, key feature messaging, and promotion package & strategy. • Conducting new product launching with selling package and guidelines and sale kits (Leaflets, Technical presentation, Troubleshooting guides). • Arranging new product training so that the sale team understands how to present the products and customer understand how to use it. • Managing and implementing the business development project.

• Cooperating with customer to be a company window. • Receiving customer requirement and specification including RFQ, drawing and CAD. • Arranging quotation and competing the price • Conducting the new model project from receiving customer requirement, trial phase and running the mass production. • Integrating company new model team and customer to fine tune information together.

• Designing the innovation process and equipment for new facility. • Monitoring process and implementing the project to reduce loss in process and number of defects.
