About
Sirey is a Cambodian serial entrepreneur with a deep passion for smart cities, sustainability, technology, and entrepreneurship across ASEAN. Since 2015, he has co-founded and grown several consulting ventures, including Green Infrastructure Solutions - winner of the 2018 Greenpreneurs Award, Sustinat Green - Cambodia’s specialist EIA/ESIA firm, and Thurawadh - an investment-advisory firm. Renowned for pinpointing product–market fit and reading political-economic trends, Sirey translates insight into successful businesses. He served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at 500 Startups (Cambodia), mentoring early-stage tech founders; coached Cambodia’s team in the 2021 Greenpreneur Accelerator global business-plan competition; and was a visiting mentor for the SDG Challenge in Kobe. At the policy level, Sirey has contributed expertise on sustainable urban development to Cambodia’s draft "Natural Resources and Environment Code" and the draft "NDC Roadmap for Low-Carbon, Climate-Resilient Buildings and Construction 2050". **Open to collaboration and new opportunities throughout ASEAN!
