Design and implement overall recruiting strategy  Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications  Experience in End to End to Recruitment i.e., Starting from Sourcing to till on boarding  Working independently at highly organized and managing multiple tasks  Liaison between BGV team and internal HR team and work to get the BGV reports on time to avoid delays in on boarding of the resources at client location  Conducting preliminary interview with the consultants to check their expertise on various skill sets and qualify the consultant for the appropriate requirement.  Constant follow-up with Accounts Manager for the feedback. Negotiating the rates on Contract to hire and full-time basis.  Maintain of records on candidates, submissions, interviews, placements, and other Candidates’ remarks on an ATS/internal database  Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives  Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards such as linked in, Naukri, Indeed, Monster (Found it).  Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc  Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications  Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule  Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices  Maintaining the Candidates in Database Tools: Field glass, job diva
