* Report the customer claim, taking pictures for the damaged parts and logging it on the ERP system. * Make claim analysis, warranty claim negotiations & warranty spare parts availability. * Detect the malfunctions in the cars using scan tool. * Supervise the technicians to perform maintenance on cars, guide them to make sure the quality of service presented to customers and give technical support to the technicians when it is needed. * Make pdi (pre-delivery inspection) on imported cars to detect any malfunctions in cars and to be sure of functionality and quality of car parts and accessories.

* Voice over IP-network infrastructure. * Collect requirements from costumers and offer the best solution for the costumer’s company environment. * Searching potential customers using linkedin and yellow pages. * Create database with IT managers contacts and the name of their companies and contacting them to offer our company solutions.
