I am currently an Associate Data Analyst at CaratLane – A Tata Product, where I leverage data to derive actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, I focus on ensuring data-driven decision-making, improving overall efficiency, and implementing automation, data modeling, and dashboarding techniques to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and provide clear visualizations for stakeholders. I have been promoted from the position of MIS Executive. My career began at Altruist Technologies as an Associate Trainee, followed by a role as a Records Analyst at WorldSource HealthCare, where I developed a strong foundation in data analysis, management, and process optimization. Each step in my career has been intentional, aimed at strengthening my skills in data analytics, automation, data modeling, and dashboarding. I am passionate about using data to solve complex business challenges and look forward to further growth in this dynamic field.
