Managed the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Offered & Hired for the following roles - Product Manager, Backend, Frontend, Android, iOS, Data Engineer, DS/ML, Devops, Technical Program Manager, Product Solution Engineer, QA, SDET, Product Designer, Security Engineer, IT Admin, Collections & Relationship Manager. Developed and maintained a strong talent pipeline to fill both immediate and future tech vacancies. Actively participated in building and maintaining culture. Supported the orientation program for new hires. Collaborated with People’s team and worked on projects like Onboarding program, Referral program, Campus Recruitment. I started working here as a fresher with great confidence and did my study before joining the firm. I was appointed a hiring partner (RPO) within the 15 Days of my joining with one of their important client 'epiFi'. I have achieved good experience in IT recruitment from anzy careers, worked on multiple clients requirement, worked on multiple roles, screening, sourcing, offer negotiation, client management, knowledge of hiring tools, knowledge of tech startups, building founding teams for clients, and I have also worked in 'Business Development' team for short period of time to get business at the time of pandemic, All in all anzy careers gave me a start which has build me to be efficient in this field.

Undertaken this project while pursuing my graduation, Role:- Conducted training seminar and Trained on Financial(Monetary) Products & Markets for underGraduates and Masters Students in almost all the districts of Karnataka. This program is initiated by the National Stock Exchange Board of India for educating and creating awareness for the youth of India.
