As part of the foundational team at Port of NEOM, I was seconded from Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT) to support the setup and execution of operations at Terminal 0, contributing to the launch and operational excellence of one of Saudi Arabia’s most strategic port developments. Key Responsibilities in Terminal 0 Operations: • Executed and monitored vessel and yard operations across container, general cargo, and RoPax vessels. • Coordinated closely with planning teams to ensure efficient vessel turnaround and yard flow. • Supported daily operational reporting and performance tracking. • Served as Acting Supervisor in the absence of shift supervisors, leading on-ground execution while ensuring safety and operational integrity. Transition to Terminal 1 – TOS Testing & Configuration: After one year, I was selected for the Terminal 1 TOS Testing team, playing a key role in system configuration, testing, and validation of: • Navis N4 and XPS (vessel and yard planning, auto dispatching) • ECN4 configuration and workflow validation • nVMT (Navis Vehicle Mounted Terminal) and HATCH App for yard operations • Control Room App for monitoring and remote support • EDI Testing for BAPLIE (in/out), COPRAR (load/discharge), and other vessel-related data exchanges This dual-role experience allowed me to bridge operational know-how with advanced TOS configuration, ensuring Port of NEOM is equipped with world-class systems and practices from day one.

Served as a key member of the container terminal operations team at RSGT, with responsibilities spanning vessel operations, yard coordination, and gate activities. Completed a 3-month intensive cross-functional training program focused on end-to-end terminal operations, including: • Vessel|Yard Planning & Execution • Yard Management & Tower Control • Automated Gate Operations • Documentation Following this training, I was selected to represent RSGT as a Consultant to the Port of NEOM, contributing operational expertise to support one of the world’s most advanced and sustainable port developments. Key Highlights: • Hands-on experience with container handling systems and real-time execution workflows • Strong coordination with Planning, Documentation, and Gate Control teams • Familiar with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) including Navis N4 • Supported automation and smart port readiness efforts for NEOM’s logistics vision

Vessel Operations – Assistant • Record and verify container loading and discharging during vessel operations. • Ensure accurate documentation of container movements as per ship manifests. • Coordinate with crane operators, stevedores, and supervisors for smooth cargo handling. • Identify and report any discrepancies in container tallies. • Maintain safety and compliance standards while monitoring operations on the vessel. 2. Yard Operations – Assistant • Track and record container movements within the yard, ensuring accurate placement. • Verify container numbers, seals, and conditions against system records. • Coordinate with equipment operators for efficient container stacking and retrieval. • Ensure optimal yard space utilization and minimize congestion. • Report any container discrepancies or damages to the operations team. 3. Gate Operations – Assistant • Monitor and document container entry and exit at the terminal gate. • Verify container details, trucking documents, and driver credentials. • Ensure smooth gate transactions by coordinating with yard and vessel teams. • Report any discrepancies, damages, or security concerns to the operations team. • Maintain compliance with port and terminal regulations for container movements.

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. • Follow safety protocols and quality standards to deliver high-quality products. • Assist in assembling, packaging, and inspecting finished goods. • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. • Monitor raw materials and report any issues to supervisors for timely resolution. • Continuously improve efficiency by following best practices in the production workflow.
