•Monitor and analyse running unit (Naphtha Hydrotreating continuous Catalytic NHTCCR and Prime-G) to maximize process, ensure Euro VI motor spirit blend, work out strategies aimed at reducing production costs. •Supervise Distance Control System and control process change, analyse status and trends to optimize process parameters •Prepare reports based on analysis of deviations, process upset and corrective action, product quality, computer-generated schematics etc. •Carried out 2 planned shutdowns and execution of 15 unit startups, saving INR 21 crore. •Coordinated the planning and execution of the Visakha Refinery Modernisation (VRMP) project of NHTCCR, •Successfully implemented the Low flow low firing Control scheme, first one in Indian refinery •Supervised 2000 contractual labourers for the safe execution of turnaround and inspection jobs
