In this role, I was the first point of contact for Managing Director’s Office. I worked closely with the Managing Director's Chief of Staff and work alongside the team of Executive Assistants. My duties include: managing the Managing Director's and the Boardroom diaries; arranging travel, accommodation and travel allowance for the Managing Director and executive staff. Events management and arranging the Managing Director's offsite executive meetings. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders; including building management, security and reception, Executive Assistants of the Directors and Chairman. Processing invoices for approval; liaising with accounts payable, national pay, national contracts and human resources, legal, IT, telephone and travel departments. Ordering stationery, mail sorting and distribution.

* Throughout my internship I provided event and marketing assistance to various ABC brands including Play School, Giggle and Hoot, The Wiggles, Octanauts, Reading Eggs and Australia Cooks. I have collated data and tracked stock movements for various radio and television promotional giveaways, most recently for Play School’s 50th Anniversary. * I developed press releases, coordinated travel and accommodation; planning * of events for various workshops and functions; packed orders for distribution for the * licensing and retail teams, records management including data entry and archiving, * the coding and processing of invoices, completed travel allowance forms for various ABC personnel and conducted risk assessments.
