The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) provides a wide range of necessary and life-saving services like Birth certificate, Medicaid coverage or temporary assistance. Worked on federal services to verify Medicare and Medicaid requirements for Obamacare, designed verification services to make request to FDH through ESB. Created verification utility for account transfer to when all the application in a case are ineligible for Medicare. Designed and created test harness to give training for state workers on Medicaid verifications and requirements. Worked on encryption and decryption of FDH services.

Worked on intellectual proprietary CPerf Analyzer (A toolset that helps collate and analyze performance monitoring data and provides customized reports). Client services involved working for Hertz Rent a Car on pilot program for REST web services with Enunciate.

Worked on account merging which would replace our policy administration, underwriting and billing systems for personal/ commercial lines with Guidewire’s policy and billing center solutions to provide efficient processes, faster product speed to market and better service to our customers. Performed Integration with Customer Data Hub with the services to current account.

CCMS dealt with different case types criminal, traffic, civil, probate, small claims, and mental health case management, family law and juvenile case categories. This also include statewide reporting, court interpreter, court reporter scheduling, and integration with justice partner applications. Worked on transfer case module which includes transferring of case from one court to another court in California based on case type and case status, also involves making request to transfer all related physical documents and proofs to the transferred court.
