I’m a Staff Software Engineer at LinkedIn with 10+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems. I currently work on the Kubernetes platform team, where I lead efforts to advance LinkedIn’s container orchestration strategy by building controllers, custom schedulers, and developer tooling that power our Kubernetes-based infrastructure.My work focuses on developing core components that enable scalable, secure, and efficient scheduling of workloads across hundreds of thousands of nodes. I drive improvements in cluster lifecycle management, multi-tenancy, and workload isolation, with an emphasis on reliability, extensibility, and performance. I collaborate closely with SRE, platform, and security teams to ensure Kubernetes is production-ready for LinkedIn’s mission-critical workloads.Previously, I was part of LinkedIn’s Traffic Infrastructure team, where I built and operated large-scale systems handling over 2 million QPS and load balancing traffic across thousands of microservices. Working with technologies like Apache Traffic Server, HAProxy, and Azure, I designed and optimized reverse proxy, routing, and service discovery systems that serve millions of requests per second with high reliability and low latency.I’m passionate about solving complex infrastructure challenges, mentoring engineers, and continuously learning new technologies that advance the state of large-scale distributed systems.
