I am excited to share that I have recently returned to the workforce and secured a position as Senior Travel Consultant in Uranus Travel and Tours, marking a return to my career path after a planned absence. Successfully re entered the job market , leveraging previous experience at Dnata , Emirates Group.

Job Role & Responsibilities: Customer Booking Engine Configuration: responsible for the one-time configuration of the travel agency booking platform based on their business model. System Updates & Ongoing Support: Assist with regular updates for customers who have agreements for system maintenance and support.

 Lufthansa (GSA)counter - Issuing tickets for travel agents .  Developed expertise in all areas of the travel including reservation, ticketing, PTA’s, queue monitoring, pricing etc.   Answering phone, fax, and email inquiries. Provided sales teams with off-site support during out-of-office.  Coordinating the Billing and payment collection.  Handling all International & Domestic Business Travel.  Solving any issues that crop up from time to time.

 Handling all aspects of Airline operations including reservation, fares & pricing, ticketing, and PTA issuances.  Pre flight and Post flight checks.  Making telex communications with Air India offices worldwide
