Between 2023 and 2025, I have been serving as Maintenance Manager at Beycelik Gestamp in Romania, where I lead a 60-person team and manage a €2M budget to ensure the operational efficiency and strategic development of maintenance systems. My role involves upgrading SAP systems for production and auxiliary equipment, optimizing maintenance plans based on OEE, MTTR, and MTBF data, and executing cost-effective technical procurement strategies. Key project contributions include my involvement in the GCP4982 Extension project—introducing 10 robots—and the development of the Battery Tray Production Line, both of which underscore my focus on automation, capacity expansion, and ROI-based investment planning.

Between 2016 and 2023, I served as Maintenance Manager at Warmhaus Heating Systems, leading a 33-person team and managing an annual budget exceeding €2M to ensure the maintenance, reliability, and operational efficiency of two major production facilities. I was responsible for preventive maintenance planning, technical procurement, energy efficiency initiatives, and continuous improvement projects with a strong focus on ROI-driven decision-making. Key achievements include commissioning the Graebener 3 Press and expanding the Schlatter welding line, overseeing the €1M disassembly of the Daikin Radiator Factory, and implementing automation upgrades through MES and SAP PM systems. From 2021 to 2023, I played a pivotal role in the planning and execution of the new 41,000 m² Warmhaus plant, managing investments in assembly lines, infrastructure, compressed air, and chiller systems to support scalable production growth.

Between 2013 and 2016, I held a pivotal role overseeing maintenance operations and strategic technical initiatives across two major production facilities, managing a team of 33 personnel and a budget exceeding €2M. I was responsible for planning and executing comprehensive maintenance schedules for over 320 machines and extensive facility infrastructure, while also driving energy efficiency, cost reduction, and occupational safety improvements. Key highlights from this period include leading the commissioning of critical production assets such as the paint line, the Graebener 3 press (€675K), and Schlatter welding line capacity expansion (€1.45M). I also spearheaded the establishment of new boiler plant facilities, including mechanical and electrical setup and test rigs, demonstrating strong capability in project leadership, technical procurement, and ROI-driven investment planning.

Between 2004 and 2013, I served as Maintenance and IT Supervisor, managing both technical maintenance operations and internal IT systems in a manufacturing environment. I was responsible for planning preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery and facilities, overseeing spare parts procurement, and supporting IT infrastructure—from hardware and software management to help desk support. I also contributed to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance through documentation and audits. During this time, I led numerous machine installation and relocation projects, including the disassembly and commissioning of Schlatter and Leas welding lines, high-tonnage presses, and auxiliary systems across Turkey, Italy, and Ukraine. In parallel, I focused on continuous improvement initiatives—delivering up to 25% energy savings per unit and driving cost reductions through Kaizen activities and resource optimization. This decade was instrumental in shaping my project management approach, technical problem-solving, and energy-conscious maintenance strategy.
