- Lead the development and refinement of core manufacturing processes for implantable medical devices, managing full workstream ownership from concept to cleanroom execution. -Translate R&D concepts into scalable, ISO 13485–compliant workflows, collaborating closely with manufacturing, QA/RA, and quality engineering teams. -Drive process transfer activities, including design release, documentation, validation, and troubleshooting during scale-up. -Conduct root cause analyses and implement structured improvements to improve robustness, reproducibility, and operational efficiency. -Coordinate cross-functional activities, provide technical oversight during production, and train new employees and students on processes, equipment use, and best practices. - Ensure cleanroom readiness, product quality, and adherence to regulatory requirements during early prototype and pilot manufacturing runs.

Part-time role performed alongside my MSc studies. Managed digital content strategy and coordinated a team of contributors to support brand development and online visibility. Oversaw day-to-day media operations, ensuring timely content delivery and consistent messaging. Recruited and guided contributors, while maintaining structured workflows and communication with external partners. Developed strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills later transferred into cross-functional R&D environments.

Project-based R&D role conducted during my MSc, focusing on medical device development - Worked on applied research projects related to electrospinning-based medical materials and early-stage device development. - Performed material characterization, prototyping, and preclinical testing support. - Delivered hands-on biofabrication workshop sessions (theory & practice) for clinicians and trainees. - Collaborated with researchers and clinicians to align experimental outputs with clinical needs

MSc research role focused on wound dressing patches - Conducted research and hands-on experiments on biofabrication including electrospinning and advanced hydrogels, nanoparticle synthesis, and metal-organic framework integration into biomaterials. - Performed materials characterization and developed scaffolds using various fabrication techniques. - Contributed to academic publications and collaborative research outputs within a multidisciplinary environment
