More aggressively on printed ads such as newspaper and magazine with proven spending record, proposed booth construction for the university, initiated the inventory record system for the division, task force member for the Malaysia Mental Literacy Movement - overall in-charge of logistics and sponsorships, member of OSHA in university, HR administrator for the division, monitored division budget and involved in planning division budget, maintained good relationship with medias and contractors, involved in student recruitment activities, in charge of division procurement process and any other job assigned by director from time to time.

Overall in charge of university examination timetable planning, invigilator timetable planning, examination seating planning, question papers printing, coordinate student academic appeal and terminate cases, student disciplinary cases, attended board of faculty meeting for student results, liaison person for faculties and etc.
