My first book Love Interrupted was originally published in May 2019 and a revised updated edition was published in October 2021. The book tells the honest story of the sudden loss of my first wife Gemma to blood cancer and the journey through traumatic grief for myself and my son to finding hope and life again. Hosted a three series podcast with Global called Life, Interrupted which explored human endurance through the toughest of times. The podcast was a series of interviews with known and unknown guests who had been through life changing events, had experienced the darkest of times and yet had found the narrow path to hope and life again. Guests included - Fearne Cotton, Duncan Slater, Andrea Corr, Bill Turnbull, Billy Billingham, Philip Schofield, Paul McKenna, Andrew Strauss, Eddie Izzard, Dan Walker, The Gandy Brothers, Tony Bellew, Jay Blades, James Taylor, Matt Hampson, Katie Price and many others.

Freelance presenting for BBC One's 'Morning Live' show. As well as doing daily vox pops with the general public on the topic of the day, I also presented two films on - Children and Screen time, and the power of reading aloud.

Presented a series of films for ITV's This Morning. The first series - 'Pursuits of Happiness' focussed on mental health and different methods people use to cope with anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses. I also presented a two part series on UK Staycations featuring different ideas for family holidays in the UK.
