With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am the founder and CEO of MUZKHOI Wireless & Fiber Solutions, a company that helps clients adopt sound spectrum strategies to optimize their spectrum holdings and deploy cost-effective technology solutions. My mission is to provide holistic and innovative solutions for radio access and fiber networks, leveraging my extensive knowledge and expertise in spectrum management, RF planning and optimization, and network design and testing. As a CEO, I oversee the planning, design, and specifications testing for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint microwave radio transmission systems, LTE 4G and 5G SRAN, WiFi, and fiber networks for transmission and access. I also manage and improve microwave transmission, base station, and CPE installation standards, and ensure network quality and user experience. I have successfully implemented contention, aligned service level agreements, and delivered multiple projects with high customer satisfaction. I am passionate about staying ahead of the technology curve and delivering future-proof networks that enhance the bottom-line and reduce customer churn.
