This is probably the thing I’m most proud of building in my life! — In just a year and a half, I’ve managed to build a team of 12 people, all focused on one goal: helping local SMEs increase their sales and fill labor gaps through website creation and online advertising with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. I’ve brought together a team of young, passionate people who know their stuff when it comes to tech and digital marketing. Sometimes I seriously wonder how I managed to build such an AMAZING team. Honestly, hats off, Sim! 🙌 We mainly help companies with 10 to 80 employees in fields like construction, industrial mechanics, healthcare, and business services. Companies with a client lifetime value over $1000 are ideal for launching profitable marketing projects. My goal is to be a leader in digital marketing in Quebec and to be the marketing agency with the best positive impact on the society of tomorrow!

SLAB is literally the project that’s going to let me share my daily life, the challenges I face with my business, and all the people I meet—alongside my best friend Antoine Bélanger, owner of Liquidation Deluxe. One of the challenges we gave ourselves this summer was to bike 200 km for the Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie. We did it. It took us 8 and a half hours and burned 7200 calories 😅 I’ve never met someone who shares my values this much: pushing limits, staying human, communicating, and being generous. My Passion Project that’s going to make us the #1 podcast in Quebec, and here’s why… – In September 2024, I had the brilliant idea to start a podcast with one of my best business friends, Philip Dupuis-Coutts. We called it La Boussole Entrepreneuriale. Why “La Boussole” (The Compass), you ask? Because our goal with this podcast is to share our Entrepreneurial Journey—our highs, our lows, and the lessons we've learned to help Quebec SMEs succeed in the world of entrepreneurship. We pulled together a team of 6 highly motivated people to make this the BEST entrepreneurial podcast out there. Pretty cool, right? Here’s my “Why,” my reason for living... – I want to help as many entrepreneurs passionate about marketing as possible to succeed in life. There it is, said and done! That’s why, in May 2024, I joined the HEINLY Académie team as a marketing coach for people with one goal in mind: to live off marketing. Here’s what I teach them: 1) The best practices to create a meaningful marketing offer for SMEs. 2) The different methods I’ve used to find my clients. 3) How to make sure every website project or online ad campaign is profitable for the business you’re helping. 4) How to build a winning mindset to be a strong entrepreneur. 5) I help them find their "why" because having a real purpose is essential. If the only reason you’re creating websites or running online ads is for the money, you won’t make it. HEINLY Académie is the company of my mentor, Valentin Heinly. I’ve never met anyone who has inspired and motivated me as much as he has to launch SL Médias. I couldn’t pass up the chance to join his amazing team! Let me introduce the non-profit that inspires me the most in my entrepreneurial journey… – Les Cercles d'Or is a community that helps break the isolation of young entrepreneurs by organizing incredible events all across Quebec. I joined the board of this community because I feel there are too many young entrepreneurs in Quebec who want to start their journey but don’t have a community to lean on or to celebrate their wins with… I also give a lot of marketing masterclasses to help young entrepreneurs perform even better in their businesses, and I think it’s amazing! I absolutely want to change this! That’s why I give all the energy I can to support this incredible group of young people, so we can succeed together, because I think: "Sim, it’s great to aim for millionaire status with SL Médias, but it would be my worst nightmare to succeed before my whole gang at Les Cercles d'Or, especially if I haven’t helped them along the way." As they say: Alone, we go faster; together, we go further!
