-Responsible for procurement of materials, goods and services for various Off-shore Projects, naval ships and all Company departments. -Managing contracts for a rental of support vessels, projects’ equipment and sub-contractors, shipyards and dry dock works contracts. -Overseeing relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and payment conditions, approving purchasing orders through the ERP Oracle. Creating monthly budgets and allocating payments to suppliers. -Coordinating the logistics of all vessels engaged in Off-shore activities such as pipeline construction, maintenance of platforms and diving activities. -Organizing and supervising MOB/DEMOB of vessels on board. Coordinating vessel inspections and renewals of vessel certifications with third party certified bodies (IACS Members). -Organizing, coordinating and supervising temporary import and export of construction vessels, obtaining navigation permits. -Logistical coordination and supervision of bunker ops, embark and disembark of projects’ equipment and spare parts. Organization and management of sea freights, air freights and road transports from and to Mexico. -Liaising with Port Authorities, maritime agencies and customs.

-Responsible for organization, management and monitoring of export activities in relevant markets (Europe, Turkey, Brazil, Egypt, Israel). -Managing the organization of air and sea freights, land transports, exceptional transports, out of gauge containers, reefer containers and transport of dangerous goods. -Coordinating logistics activities between customers, suppliers and foreign correspondents. -Performing commercial activities, negotiating terms of payments, and analysing trends in relevant markets. -Training new employees.
