I’m Simone Minicozzi, co-owner of Acino Rosso, a family-owned Italian wine producer focused on quality, patience, and respect for the land. I take care of every step of the winemaking process, from nurturing our vineyards to crafting each bottle, ensuring that every vintage fully expresses its character. Our wine is not rushed. It is cultivated, observed, and guided with care from vineyard to bottle. Nature is unpredictable, and that is exactly what makes every vintage unique—the wine you taste today may never be replicated in the same way again. This is the essence of our work, and it’s what I am most passionate about. Our mission is to share authentic Italian wine with partners and professionals who value craftsmanship, identity, and long-term collaboration.
