Classe21 is a non-profit organization focused on transforming teachers' , children and their families' mindsets through educational activities. We provide professional development for school staff, as well as promote meetings and workshops for communities in need of professional support.

Responsible for researching, developing relationship, and managing potential partners. Coordinates the development of personalized material for teachers and students. Manages and trains subject matter specialists for product deployment. Leads translation and localization projects. Supports sales team for presentations and client follow-up. Coordinated the integration of Cooperative Learning methodology to ESL teaching material. Developed special content designed to adult learners of English. Prepared sales material for the company, presenting and negotiating course implementation with secretaries of education and mayors. Researched and contacted new strategic partnerships in order to make the products unique.

Became an international Kagan Cooperative Learning trainer. Translated and localized educational content from Kagan Professional Development for deployment in Brazil. Trained hundreds of teachers all over the country, followed up teachers and principals work along the project.

Responsible for identifying the needs of public schools teachers in order to develop guides and lesson plans. Teacher trainer for technology implementation in the classroom. Researched and developed guides and extracurricular components for effective ESL teacher training and teaching.

Taught K-12 classrooms. Ensured lesson plans throughout the school year were complete. Instituted effective discipline management to ensure a cooperative classroom. Coordinated extracurricular activities as the assistant coordinator for those purposes. Created digital and interactive content for fast paced students.

Lived in Chicago for two years as an au pair. Studied Business English and Technical Writing and also French as a foreign language.
