1.NPI Development: Sourcing the components for the New projects include inquiry, negotiation, cost analysis, fix price. According to the quotation and specification, engage in cost analysis and price negotiation, issue fixed-point approved notice and sign purchase contract to meet project schedule and purchasing demand. Commodity Cover: (Door latch) IC, Stamping, Plastic injection, spring, header, switch, Rubber compress, Die Casting, cable, coating, heat treatment; 2.Collaboration with R&D、APQP、Marketing dept, determined the target price and achieved it according to the BOM list, similar components and technical requirements; 3.Kick off tooling, equipment imports and sample base on project schedule and OEM requirements, and to ensure the smooth progress of the project until SOP; Work with Engineer for the project development by tollgate review. Participate the Regular Meeting with Global team. 4.Solve the unexpected supply Chain issue. Crisis management under urgent situation. 5.Monitor centralized procurement of resin materials (POM, PP etc) and Participate in VAVE plan; 6.Take full responsible for the annual Price cost reeducation for the productivity.; Leverage the vendor by volume, competition, should cost module, Lean process, VA/VE etc. 7.Responsible for Supplier Development & Management, include Set up new supplier in vendor list and vendor audit 8.Prepare and review Contract to ensure property safety; 9.Operate SAP system, maintain quote source and negotiation, issue PO and R3

Commodity Cover: Optical device, IC,PDB, Power, Package; 2.Take full responsible for the Price negotiation and allocation for the productivity.Leverage the vendor by volume, competition; 3.Mainly engaged in inquires & negonation for mass production, includes unit price,payment term,lead time, incoterms, MOQ,MPQ,Coo,cancel window etc. 4.Maintain quote source and negotation in SAP system,release PO to supplier and track it,,and work closely with logistics department to track customs clearance status. 5.Manage delivery schedule and RMA,arrange AP plan and submit PO weekly report , update cost /saving and unit price timely. 6.Set up new supplier in vendor list according to project requirment, assess and control suppier risk ,Take full responsible for the vendor audit, Projects award. which includes quality,lead time, commercial and afer service. 7.Inventory control：monitor and control the minimum inventory level to en- sure demand fulfilled and avoid excess 8.Manage Hub internal procument,such as MRO, labor serive, ISO

1． Be responsible for drafting and reviewing all types of agreement in whole company, emphasis on procurement, sales, OEM agreement; 2． Review the doucments for estabilshing the new supplier and retailer, inculde in the legal doucments; 3．Monitoring the fulfillment of big contracts & alerting the legal risks in time,handling all litigation or arbitration cases and related affairs. 4．Apply for the patent and register the importing technology contracts together with the R&D deptment. 5．Formulate and optimize the process of company managment, to aovide and control the potential risk in company daily opertation. 6．Participating in business negotiation, involve to Porject procument,KA ,OEM, warehouse lease, safeguarding legal rights. 7 . Registration affairs in the group company, such as trademark,business licence,government official documents.
