I am really excited to join forces with the Senior Leaders at Innovation Group following their acquisition of TCS Claims. This acquisition delivers a unique offering in the insurance claims market by combining claims management experience and supplier expertise to build a fantastic End to End Claims proposition. Utilising the vast claims handling expertise at TCS with the technology & claim components within the Innovation Group creates a great solution for both Motor & Home claims. The existing TCS clients are already realising the benefits of having all control under one roof which was the main aim we set out to achieve when TCS Claims & Innovation Group began talking 2 years ago. My role will be to continue to support development of the full lifecycle claims management proposition but with a real focus on growth of the business by selling the benefits of this unique offering. As a claims manager I have been very frustrated by the many barriers to good claims outcomes in traditional approaches so I have driven the model we now have today and I am very passionate about it.
