Simon has a degree in Ship Science from Southampton University, including specialisations in fluid dynamics and materials engineering. Simon handles patent work in a wide range of engineering fields, with extensive experience in the fields of automotive safety systems, gas turbine engines, marine engineering, medical equipment and inventions relating to the oil and gas industry. He deals mainly with prosecution and opposition/appeal work and also provides strategic intellectual property advice and portfolio management for domestic and overseas clients.
