(Kopak , Spar, C1000) - MCD Kroonmarkt - Jumbo - Techador (Dekker) - Van Tol (Troefmarkt) - Omron (Schlecker) - Hornbach - V&D The services, (most are point of sale related) consists of: - Staging - Training - Repair - Installation - Field Service - Helpdesk (first/second line) - Consultancy - Support (third line, internal and towards customers) In my current function as a Senior Retail IT Specialist, my focus areas are (both hardware and software orientated): Internal / external third line (and third party) support Technical bridge between vendor and (end) customers Consultancy towards end customers, technical (key) roles in (shared) projects Design and delivery of service procedures / integration plans towards internal departments Training of internal departments Testing / Benchmarking (selection projects)
