Specialising in sourcing and placing key staff members as part of the managed service offering, I liaised with the on-site client teams to drive recruitment strategy through developing and managing multi channel attraction plans. I was fully accountable for the candidate engagement life-cycle and reducing cost per hire by optimising appropriate sourcing strategies across the business.
