Manage to handle solution design and all internal BOQ Configurations for more than 600 Airtel 5G RAN sites project, which led smooth projecr delivery and bring more revenue to company. 2.Manage to handle all solutions design and BOQ configurations in Airtel LTE exapansions for more than 400 sites. 3.Manage to handle end to end Network insight and Target network plan for Airtel, Yas and Vodacom Mini-Mobile Wireless congress events in 2024 and 2025, which was part of Go To Market strategy of our company and being able to convince our customers to modernize their network and expand business based on the analytical reports we produced and New solutions and products we promote to them. 4.Manage to handle technical survey in some key goverment offices buildings in Dodoma and Dar es Salaam for Digital Mobile indoor coverage Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Wireless-RAN solutions presentation to Carrier Customers (Airtel, Vodacom, Halotel and TTCL), Goverment Institutions and Enterprise. 2. Preparation of wireless E2E BoQs, HLD, Quotations to meet customer requirements. 3. Handling all internal sales processes such as Materials Presale, Contract changes, Pricing and Cost estimation to analyse profitability, License applications etc. 4. Performing contract handshake to delivery engineers for the matured projects to be delivered to customers 5. Daily Engaging with customers in clarifications and guiding them on how our solution can solve their pain points. 6.Engage in Bidding, clarification of SoC and contract changes for operators in Tanzania Rep Office. 7. Identifying sales opportunities and providing technical advice to customer Enlightening them on new optional software features that can help them meet their KPIs and get them better services. 8. Wireless Solution Design & Development (Gain insight into customer issues and pain points, and develop wireless domain expansions) Assist with RFI/RFP/RFQ Response

Working as student field practical engineer trainee at Reime group Company. Involved in Airtel Telecom sites maintenance doing both preventive maintenance and acceptance maintenance around Dar es salaam. Also we did network optimization, alarm clearance etc.

It was part of my industrial practical training program as a student of university of Dar es Salaam in fullfilling the requirement of my bachelor degree of science in Telecommmunications emgineering course.

I was a member of University Students representative council (USRC) for first year students at College of Engineering and Technology and later on in 2018 I was a general secretary of DARUSO within the same college before joining in another college of ICT.

I've climbed the ladder to become a graduate in this Telecommunications engineering course. Although I've reached the top, it's not without many scratches. This degree is a lighted matchstick, I am the fuse set to make an explosion
