I have a proven track record of delivering operational results within a production and logistics environment, ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met. I lead by example and set the standards that I expect staff to follow, I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and help out to ensure the team achieves their goals. I am keen to develop and mentor staff to ensure they receive the support to help them succeed in their role.

I served for twenty three years nine month as an infantry soldier, I have completed numerus operational tours in different theaters of operations. I have also traveled the world conducting military training exercises. During my time in the military I worked in a high pressured fast paced environment.
