* I worked with the IT team of a client helping them determine and plan out security program requirements for short, mid and long-term. * I was fortunate to join IONet S.A.S on its early stages and help develop most of its current services offered today. I started developing, maturing and standardizing its core areas like: VoIP, Web, database and file services, computer hardware and network maintenance and support plans. I later on developed training material for new staff and became the escalation point and provided consulting services remotely. * Linux based VoIP PBX, website, file sharing and database server administration * Virtual infrastructure configuration and administration * Customer support and remote assistance * Research of improvements for existing and new services * Execution of reports and batch programs on a daily basis * Documentation of procedures and troubleshooting solutions * Developed training material for on-boarding staff

* During my Co-op oppotunity at ATS Automation, I was part of a team supporting 800+ users at the main Cambridge Campus.
