Responsible for Sony Europe's in country procurement team, consisting of 18 people across 11 European locations and €1.2B spend.

Recruited a team of 7 to build the non-sourcing procurement capabilities. Managed and developed into a high performing team responsible for key achievements: • Spend analytics - implemented Rosslyn, achieved 99% categorisation • Procurement Policy - embedded across organisation • Contract management - +€100k contract policy and database, achieved 99% compliance • No PO No Pay - policy rollout, achieved 85% compliance • eSourcing - implemented Curtis Fitch, achieved 100% compliance • Vendor Optimisation - reduced base from 12,500 to 6,500 • Outsourced transactional activities to 3rd party provider (WNS)
