• Preparation and calculation of CCA functions and Schedule 8 files • Full cycle fixed asset accounting and depreciation • Audit preparation, sampling, and other audit deliverable projects • Calculating and filing GST-34, RITC, QST, QC ITR, K84, withholding tax, and more • Filing corporate tax instalments as well as other penalties and late fees • Full cycle month end accounting and reporting (including AP and AR) • Accounting for the entire vehicle fleet database and expenditure (including transit vans, passenger vehicles, and employees on allowance) • Accounting taxable benefit totals for employees and federally filing (employer side) • Accrual postings and reversals for month end • Distributor bill back processing and approvals • Managing a list of employees for expense report approvals and processing • Reconciliation of pre-paid accounts and insurance amortization accounts • Adhoc cost reduction projects and new initiatives (very high success rate)
