1993 I’ve been at Blaze signs since leaving school and with in the time I have been here I have learnt many things from running the router, built up acrylic letters , vinyl, metal , flex boxes and spraying.. 2001 I moved into the drawing office with a new challenge from manufacturing into the office and I loved it .. learning autocad ,vinyl cutting , router blanks drawing etc , neon letters by hand ... 2011 I became the drawing office manager thanks to the MD believing it me Every day from then learning new things to help make the company better ( I Hope) it was harder than I thought at the start and some days i thought I can’t do this but as a great company / management I learnt to manage Day to Day running, managing people and forward planning and made me a much stronger person .. 2013 Blaze Birmingham got a latex digital printer, all new to our office in Birmingham but now we started printing in house and many new things and ideas still a lot to Learn but with my team it payed off 2017 Birmingham office looked into a new flatbed printer and kongberg cutting machine with our MD believing in us the investing as a company. I am pleased with how it’s worked out and giving me more ideas on both machine in how to make things quicker and cost effective still a lot to learn but In my eyes opening many doors in what we can do
