Director of Infrastructure leading KBR’s PMO and PMC portfolios across the UAE and Saudi Arabia Responsible for the successful delivery, governance, and performance of major infrastructure programmes, while driving operational excellence and best-practice project controls. I work closely with government and private sector clients, strengthen strategic partnerships, and support business growth across the Middle East and APAC. I work with high-performing project teams, ensuring full compliance with regional regulations and international standards, and collaborate across OneKBR to unlock wider opportunities for integrated solutions.

ASTAD Project Management is a strategic joint venture between QP (Qatar Petroleum) and QF (Qatar Foundation) providing project management, engineering and construction consultancy services within the State of Qatar. My role is to provide electrical Building Services technical support to the project management team acting as Client's representative with Consultants, Designers & Contractors on construction projects. My duties range from initial Consultant review at concept though to IFC and installation information & product selection. An example of my current projects include Qatar Research & Development Complex multi sciences building, Fundamental Sciences Building, Qur’anic Botanical Gardens, Sidra Academy and Texas A & M University in Education City.

Generally undertaking the full electrical design including fire, power distribution, lighting, data and comms, security systems and liaising and integrating specialist sub contractor design packages to provide a co-ordinated design that will fit within the confines of the structure. In addition creating design drawings and calculations for submittal and then for installation. Once designed I then work with the installation team to manage any on going developments and ensuring the installation is as designed through to commissioning and handover, liaising with the commissioning team to ensure what has been installed meets the design. I am involved with the creation of the Operating and Maintenance manuals and delivery of all handover documentation and client training.
