Simon Bowers

I'm a practising GP in Liverpool and Chief Medical Officer at Blinx Healthcare. I have 22 years' experience in general practice and 15 years as an NHS commissioner. I am passionate about delivering the RIGHT digital products for patients and staff in our NHS. To support this mission, I am helping to lead an exciting, rapidly growing health-tech company, Blinx Healthcare. The flagship product, PACO, is a healthcare management and patient engagement platform that enables patients to manage their own care and practices to automate and reduce their workload. With PACO, Blinx provides the modern, compliant infrastructure to plug in and enable neighbourhood working at a national scale. I am also a Trustee at Liverpool FC Foundation, Co-Founder of The Cheer-up! Ball, and bass twiddler for There's Moo.
