Having previously been Director of Rugby for 5 years, I was appointed as CEO in August 2010 to oversea the relocation of all Nottingham Rugby operations to their new home Lady Bay.

2 terms on The Professional Game Board which comprises of representatives from Premier Rugby Limited, The RFU, RPA and the Championship Clubs. I was elected by the Championship Clubs as their representative for the 2 year term in 2016. Re-elected in June 23 as the PGB transitioned into the new Professional Game Agreement. and launch of new Tier 2 Board Jan 24.

Sturton Securities is a locally based development and construction group including Trent Build, specialising in Education, Commercial and Residential Developments.

Morgan Sindall acquired AMEC DPS in July 2007. I was appointed to the Leadership Team of Morgan Est as Supply Chain Director with specific responsibility for consolidating their supplier base and managing the integration of the two businesses, from a people and systems perspective.

Performance Director for an integrated design, building and civil engineering company. Responsible for performance management, risk and value management, quality, management system, sustainability, knowledge transfer and best practice. AMEC DPS was acquired by Morgan Sindall plc in July 2007

The EngD is a cross between the academic rigor of a PhD and the taught elements of an MBA. My EngD centered around how disparate teams within the Construction Industry could be better integrated.
