I was required to meet customer needs in a form of customer service, processing customer transactions making sure that every customer is satisfied..also did the balancing of cash float and the expected cash of my daily sales/transactions....was recognised by the management for my contribution to the customer satisfaction at our location, this was aided by my bilingual skills, which allowed me to better help the different customers with different languages.

Personal Touch- Opening of Savings Accounts for clients and assisting with documents required to open an account or apply for a Loan (Credit), Advisory-Provide Clients with investments and credit options, making sure that they are fully informed and make good decisions, Sales- Up selling and cross selling capitec banks products and services to clients, making follow-ups on debt collecting, follow up on new banking and non-banking clients. Depositing Transactions- Taking in cash and cheque deposits, confirmation of employement for all new Credit Clients.
