After showing a lot of initiative and dedication, I quickly after my employment gained a lot of responsibility, which led me to be in charge of several parties and events over the last year. Managing parties and being in charge of 10 people have learned me a lot about the importance of structured processes, maintaing an overview and communicative leadership to provide the best possible service for the customer and to maintain an efficient work environment.

Being in charge of a class, and being responsible for the students further professional development and wellfare, I've learned about basic management and adapting my teaching to different personalities and group dynamics.
