* Sorting and classifying the CVs (cluster, industry, sector, function) * Updating the data base * Receiving and forwarding information (letters, e-mails, private documents) * Collecting and mailing correspondence * Preparing reports for Executive Search Projects * Mapping the market for suitable candidates for different on-going projects(banking, industrial, fmcg, IT) * Being in charge with the administrative tasks and manage the office equipment- Welcoming guests, clients and candidates * As Studio Project Coordinator: * Filming, recording and editing the video interviews (live editing, post-production editing, adding visual special effects, sound, design music, make-up) * In charge of filming and assisting top management executives from the banking industry * Keeping the maintenance of the studio

* Involved throughout the entire recruitment process: * Building relationships with client companies * Understanding client HR needs and objectives * Elaborating Job Descriptions in accordance with project and position specificity * Research and sourcing for best-fit candidate using the most appropriate tools (LinkedIn, BestJobs, Social Talent, eJobs) * Scheduling and conducting interviews * Assessing candidates' technical expertise and soft skills * Sending short list to our clients for each assigned project * Support and follow-up with the candidates and with the clients regarding the recruitment process * Providing feedback to the candidates according with the clients decision.
