*Being the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters *Lead and implement employee relations and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies and labor law *Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and standards *Design and execute the company’s performance management system, including competencies and evaluation frameworks *Oversee talent management practices, including succession planning and career development initiatives *implement an individual development plan project for all company employees within the framework of career management *Design and implement the 9-box system within the framework of career management. *Manage and support promotion and career progression processes. *Develop and deliver engagement and motivation projects that strengthen company culture *Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding *Lead onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle *Conduct and oversee exit interviews and offboarding procedures *Drive the development of company culture *Measure employee satisfaction and design programs to enhance the employee experience *Support the planning and execution of internal events and activities designed to increase employee participation and strengthen cultural connection *Keep digital communication platforms—such as intranet,Linkedin and Instagram accounts—updated *Build relationships with universities to strengthen talent attraction and employer visibility *Prepare and manage the annual HR budget *Ensure accurate management and compliance of employee personnel files and documentation

*Being the first contact point for internal clients related with HR processes, systems and practices *Building strong relationships with business managers and acting as a consultant to key stakeholders *Coordinating employee lifecycle processes and controlling all employee movements (transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.) & communicating them with related parties *Conducting exit interviews, analyzing and reporting the results *Preparing of job descriptions, running end to end recruitment process for all retail stores and white collar roles of the company on career platforms, applying selection criteria and managing all correspondance with candidates including offers *Helping lay strong foundations for a company that is in a healthy way by building a great culture *Working closely with leaders to analyse, anticipate and outline present and future organisational capabilities *Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes *Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied *Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate *Following up on employees' disciplinary processes and taking an active role *Conducting and reporting exit interviews of terminated employees and using the outputs in process improvement studies *Developing projects that will increase the sense of belonging and motivation of store and head office employees and carrying out these projects in coordination with relevant departments *Carrying out talent management processes
