During my internship, I had the invaluable opportunity to learn and work across multiple SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD). In the MM module, I utilized T-codes to create materials, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, goods issuance, and transfer postings. My experience in the QM module involved creating inspection plans and Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs). Within the PM module, I gained hands-on experience by creating maintenance requests and maintenance orders. In the PP module, I was responsible for creating process orders, Bills of Materials (BOM), Master Recipes, Production Versions, and resource planning. In the SD module, I managed the creation of sales orders, delivery orders, proof of delivery, and billing documents. This comprehensive experience has significantly enhanced my understanding of SAP and its various modules, for which I am truly grateful.
