The sole CQE in SMSC China handling all customer issues for all SMSC products(Embedded controllers, Analog IC, USB controllers, LAN PHY IC) to improve customer satisfaction; Assist Validated team to ensure product reliability; Collaborate with Product Engineer, Application Engineer to solve technique issues prompt; Interact with internal manufacturing team to improve product quality and optimise internal process;

Responsible for customer quality issues of key accounts; Solve customer quality concerns and increase customer satisfaction; Communicate and drive internal teams to resolve problems customers confront; On-site support Customer line down/urgent issues;

Make technical presentation and provide technique training to customers; Update product roadmap; introduce and promote the newest products with solution to customers; New project tracking and solve technique problem on NPI phase；
