● Configure AD and DNS. ● Migration one to one switch or router. ● Monitoring customer daily performance for network operation (Network monitoring tools). ● Troubleshoot any network-related issues. ● Monitor switch, router, firewall interface performance. ● Configure or Pre-configure Fortigate(Fortinet). ● Installing or setup server (Hyper-V, VMware EXSI). ● Configure backup for VM and file (Veeam). ● Hardware installation include Firewall, Switch, Router, UPS, PC. ● Troubleshoot any issues relate to Microsoft Office 365. ● Configure or Pre-configure Peplink Load Balancer. ● Provide remote support to on-site engineers & end users (On-call when urgent). ● Setup any Windows or Application inside server (Hyper-V, Vmware).

● Format PC or Laptop. ● Pull the LAN cable for AP. ● Install any application in PC or Laptop based on customer requirements. ● Punch all the LAN cable for any equipments. ● Install printer driver for clients. ● Troubleshoot any issue regarding Laptop or PC ● Monitor PC or Laptop performance without lagging. ● Provide remote support to on-site engineers & end users (On-call when urgent). ● Implement security walls to protect data & programs (antivirus, windows defender). ● Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required (PC or Laptop).

● Involved customer project with pre-configure Cisco switch and router. ● Monitor customer network performance with network monitoring tools (PRTG). ● Involved with practical lab provided with high level management. ● Upload firmware and upgrade firmware of Cisco switch and router. ● Involved with backup configuration for customer switch and router. ● Involved one time onsite job with downgrade firmware activity.

● Answering the call and make order for customers. ● Order products for customer based on the software application. ● Recommended and explaint products to customers. ● Made payment for customer after confirming purchase.
