Job Responsibilities -Data key in , Submit sales report , Place purchase order -Assist Director / Manager on other administrative works and support day to day operation work. -Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers. -Process day-to-day purchasing order and monitor system costing and inventory. -Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization and specification. -Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse to ensure on-time delivery of products and stock in. -Coordinate with Finance department with regards to suppliers invoice issues and filing products related credit notes. -Coordinate with the related team to ensure the operation run smoothly.
