As Supply Chain Manager I was responsible for Logistics department & S&OP department, Monitoring expedition, transport, receiving, customer service, return, budget, import and all activities listed below as S&OP Manager, Managing DC's at Manaus, Recife and Jundiai.

As SiOP manager (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) I was responsible for implementing and leading the Demand/Supply Planning and SIOP processes for the Brazil, strategic, tactical planning & managing of the inventory strategies, Accountable to ensure the inventory levels are set correctly based on forecast, usage, supplier lead-times, etc. Drive inventory plans through each Plant/location to meet targets, Monitoring margin, sales revenue, logistics cost, customer service level, production plan, Supply planning, Stock in trade, Sell in and out, COGs e Channel mix. Main Responsibilities: S&OP meeting, DRP meeting, Demand Planning, Weekly conference call with global team, Supply Planning working together with global S&OP Team, Import, Allocation of constraint products, NPI, Sales annual planning, Rolling forecast, Frozen period, Financial outlook, Supply Chain KPI’s, Phasing and out process & Inventory levels.
