Responsible for coordinating regional product flows, optimizing stock availability, and adjusting replenishment parameters based on demand and sales performance. I work cross-functionally with supply, logistics, and latam commercial teams to prevent stockouts and overstock, ensuring service level and operational efficiency across the region.

As a demand analyst at Core Diagnostics, I was in charge of optimizing the demand forecasting, ensuring timely supply of spare parts and some reagents by analysing indicators such as backorder, DOH, distress, leadtime, shelf life and others. The role involves project execution, customer expectations management and collaboration across departments.

In my role, I've been entrusted with planning spare parts, reagents, and accessories for medical diagnostic equipment in Colombia, collaborating closely with a demand specialist. Over the past two months, I've immersed myself in managing reagents with expiration constraints, make-to-order products, and optimizing inter-departmental relationships within the supply chain to meet company objectives.

I developed essential skills such as customer service, teamwork, time management, and real-time problem-solving. Additionally, I gained experience in procurement support, inventory management, and optimizing physical resources based on customer demand.

I developed valuable skills: enhanced communication in Italian, nurturing patience and creativity while caring for children, improving organizational abilities through scheduling and educational activities, and strengthening self-reliance and problem-solving skills.
