* Agenda management and organization * Mail drawing up and call filter, including client calls, lead calls and a wide variety of general administrative calls * Appointments and job trip booking * Internal Meeting organization and scheduling * Prepare weekly timesheet and expense reports * Researchs and data analysis in order to draw up documents and reports * Drawing up institutional and promotional documents as speeches and press releases * Filing and researching documents * Develop working relationships with client assistants to facilitate the information flow and scheduling process * Meetings coordination, conference bridges arrangement, conference rooms reservation, food service organization * Serve as a communication link amongst team members * Manage and coordinate with assistants throughout the team and across the company * Event Organisation

* Support Legal Affairs - General office administrative activities: prepare template agreements and correspondence documents * organise signature of documents * respond to queries and conduct ad hoc research * compile reports * and ensure records database were up to date.
