Lead a team that provides financial support to Consulting and Outsourcing US contracts. (Revenue: USD 160M/year). Supervise different tasks: Pricings, forecasting, bookings, revenue recognition, monitor US GAAP compliance, controllership, reporting, internal and external audits, variance analysis and other ad-hoc financial analysis. Create executive analysis reports highlighting business issues, potential risks and profit opportunities. Lead the modeling, planning and execution of all financial processes for the contract. Work with area leads to determinate the Annual budget. Report Directly to US Commercial Directors and Sr. Managers. Soft responsibilities: Team under supervision: 11 analysts and 2 Specialists. Work on the career development plans, coaching and objectives evaluations. Participate in annual meeting to determinate performance and define Bonus and promotions. Actively participate on recruiting and internal trainings for CFM members.

* Generate different labor cost analysis and metrics reports for a Business Service Line. * Identify cost reduction opportunities. * Create variance analysis reports from the annual cost reduction target. * Headcount and FTEs forecasting. * Monthly meeting presentations to the SL Director.

* Financial reporting: Responsible of financial and economic reports, cash flow, income statement and consolidated balance sheets of the holding. * Operational Reports: Monthly consolidation of the commercial forecast and revenue projection of ongoing projects. Profitability analysis (by type of project and geography). * Generate the Annual Budget and make a monthly control of deviation to Actuals. * Business Plan: Actively participate on the business plan: Description of the company, summary of historical results, expansion plan (new offices openings). Financial and economic projections. * Cash flow management and Banking relationship: Analysis of short term cash flow for weekly decisions. Relationship with banks and financial entities, national and International (Mexico, Chile, Brazil). Main objective: Funding request. * Direct report to the CFO.

Coordinate different projects related with process re-engineering and cost reduction services. Main responsibilities: General coordination of the project. Responsible of present and implement the different solutions (technical, strategy or pricing negotiation) provided by the analysts. Client facing and manage customer relationships. Develop new customized solutions and process improvements.

* Generate and analyze the payment and fiscal settlement for Public companies. * Received and recorded the payments. * Performed financial statement reporting.

* Leading all the financial aspects of a contract signed between Accenture and one of the largest companies in the Pharma Industry. * Design and set-up of all the finance process and structure for this deal, during the start-up phase. * Financial Support during the Run phase of the contract. Responsible for +USD 50M/year. Billing, accounting, reporting and financial management across all the regions of the deal. * Manage Relationships with key Executives based in different Regions: NA, Europe, Latam, Asia. * Lead, coach and mentoring. Responsible of the Buenos Aires Team: 15 people with different seniority. * My main goal for 2016 is set-up all the financial processes and bring the contract to a steady-state phase, in order to be ready for my next challenge.
